Cosmic Themes provides support for paying customers only. The support service is valid from the date of your purchase.
Your theme support service covers general questions about theme functionality and helps with feature configuration and removing bugs or issues.
We do not provide support with tutorials/guides for non-technical people, neither do we guarantee that our products will be compatible with third party software or services.
Technical support
If you have questions about changing aspects of the design, accomplishing some interaction with javascript, integrating a framework into your project, etc., send us an email.
Sales support
If you need help with something related to your purchase (didn’t get your receipt, entered the wrong email at purchase, need a refund, etc.) please email us and we will do everything we can to take care of you.
Bug reports
If you find a bug within any templates that you’d like to report for us to fix, please send us an email.
Other
Please be patient as we are a small team and will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible.
Note While we can help you sort out any issues you encounter with the templates, it’s your responsibility to learn how to use HTML, Astro, and Tailwind CSS.
